Terrell O. 'Tom' Moore, 48, a resident of Borger for 12 years and a J.M. Huber Corporation operator, suffered a heart attack Sunday morning at his home, 1217 Indiana, and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the North Plains hospital.

He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Mona and three sons, Tommy, George and Walter, all of the home; another daughter, Mrs. Ione Malloy of Beaumont; his father, G.M. Moore of Borger; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Nelson of New Iberia, Louisiana; and one grand-daughter.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Gateway Church of Christ. Mr. Foster Ramsey, minister, will officiate, assisted by Mr. Everett Cox, minister of the Bunavista Church of Christ.

Pallbearers will be Harvey King, Clyde Hutto, Bob Freethey, Ray Owens, Robert Edwards and Bill Lawyer. Honorary pallbearers will be Huber operators.

Burial will be in the local cemetery under the direction of the Minton Funeral Home.
