The application for Carl's headstone shows birth of 7 Apr 1912 corrected to 17 Apr 1912. Unfortunately the end result has the wrong date. I uploaded the application to his memorial so others can resolve the conflict. Baptism record, draft registration and death certificate all have his birth date as 17 Apr 1912.
