Charles Crabtree, 78, Resident
of Muddy, Dies
Charles Crabtree, 78, of Muddy, Died
at 9 a.m today in the Harrisburg Hospital
following and illness for several years.
He was a retired coal miner and preceded in
death by his wife, Tillie Crabtree in 1943.
Surviving are two sons. Eddie Crabtree, Muddy
and Charles Crabtree. Pontiac, Michigan.,
four grand children and four sisters, Mrs. Ada Vancleve and Mrs. Rena Shires of Muddy. Mrs. Minnie Wilson and Miss Grace Crabtree of Galatia.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m,
at the Church of God in Muddy. The Rev. Henry Walden
of Currier Mill's will officiate and
burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
The body is at Turner Funeral Home.
