Passed away peacefully in his 91st year. He was predeceased by his loving wife Lily in 1993. Dad will be missed by sons Robert (Barbara), Peter, Tony, Mike (Paula), Joe (Toby), Steve, and daughter, Gwen (Sparky) Trotter, grandchildren Arlene, Laurie, Elizabeth, James, Wayne, Christina, Lorne, Natalia, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Bill was a successful independent businessman his entire life with many interesting ventures including courier and delivery service, Indian Motorcycle sales and service, Trans-Canada car hauling, Big Bend Freightways trucking, retail gasoline sales, recreational trailer manufacturing, sales and rentals, car sales and property management and in later years hobby farming in Chilliwack. Special thanks to all the care givers at Evergreen House, Lions Gate Hospital for the devoted care and attention given to our father. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8th, 2003 at Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver. B.C. Interment will be at Chilliwack Cemeteries. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. Please send condolences online to: firstmemorialbc.com "Rest in peace Dad. You've earned it!"
