NINETY SIX - Thomas Blake "TC" Crawford, Sr. 77, died January 11, 2015 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont. Born in Greenwood County and a son of the late John Samuel and Annie Mae Lott Crawford, he was the husband of Jean Nabors Crawford. Mr. Crawford was retired form Monsanto in Greenwood. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Ninety Six where he was a former deacon and Sunday School teacher and was a member of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class. He was a Mason and member of the Eureka Lodge No. 47 and he was a member of the Saluda County Cattleman's Association. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Jean Nabors Crawford; two sons, Thomas Blake Crawford, Jr. (Lisa) and David Crawford (Tara) both of Ninety Six; a daughter, Beth Vaughn of Ninety Six; a brother, Robert "Bob" Crawford of Saluda; a sister, Mary Helen Duffie of Saluda; five sisters-in-law, Kathlene Crawford, Mary Ann Crawford, Zell McCarty, Faye Crawford and Faye Mitchell; five grandchildren, Kacy Morgan (James), Leah Anne Riddle (Matt), Kaitlyn Wilson (Eric), Madeline Meyers (Patrick) and Payton Thomas Crawford; and three great- grandchildren, Taylor Morgan, Lynzie Morgan and Rylie Riddle. Mr. Crawford was preceded in death by three sisters, Carrie Lou Quattlebaum, Edna Cogburn and Mable Crawford and five brothers, William Crawford, Tence Crawford, Joe Crawford, Gary Eugene Crawford and James Henry Crawford.
