Daughter of Elias Frank Hobaugh and Catharine Beaver Hobaugh. She married Ira E. Hawver in Miami County, Indiana on July 22, 1877. They had eight children: Sarah Annette "Nettie", David Ottis, Twins Hawver (March 17, 1881)-died in infancy, Elizabeth Ann "Bessie", Ira Lewis, Ethel L., and Infant Hawver (April 18, 1887)-died at birth. (Apparently Letitia also died shortly after this birth). The family moved to a farm in McPherson County, Kansas from Indiana about 1883, then to Kingman sometime after the 1885 Kansas State Census. (There are two unmarked graves in the Walnut Hill Cemetery listed as Child Hawver. I think that one of them is probably actually Leticia's since family history lists no other births or deaths in this time period). Ira married Leticia's sister Madeline "Maud" later that year.
