Frank was the son of Arch and Jane Beach. He was a former resident of Nashua and worked at the Bellamy Lumber Co. before moving to Minneapolis, Minnesota and working as a police officer for many years. He married Julie Etta Parker, daughter of Nathan and Phebe (Carter) Parker 17 Nov 1891 in Charles City, Iowa. Etta preceded him in death November 2, 1930 in Minneapolis. He is survived by two sons: Claude and Wendell.
