Glenn R Rose, 84, of Cave in Rock, Illinois, died Friday, January 9, 2015 at Hardin County General Hospital.
He was a retired fluorspar miner.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Pennell) Rose of Cave in Rock; one daughter, Teresa Flynn of Elizabethtown, Illinois; one son, Steve Rose of Elizabethtown, Illinois; one grandson, Ryan Flynn; one stepdaughter, Danielle Decker; one stepgranddaughter, Lillian English; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. His parents were Rank Rose and Agusta (Dale) Rose.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2015 at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Spivey officiating. Burial will follow at Adams Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service time Monday at the funeral home.
