Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, April 27, at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Interment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
A native of Yadkin County, he attended the University of Maryland. He established Beroth Realty in 1954. He was a member of Pleasant Garden United Methodist Church and was past president of the Alamance Lions Club. He was a member of the Tarheel State Senior Golf Association and was a charter member of Forest Oaks Country Club.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Sarah Moyer Beroth; daughters, Joan B. Carothers and husband, Berry, of Cary, Barbara Louise Beroth of Raleigh; sister, Irene B. Wooten of Yadkinville; brothers, Gaither Beroth, Virgil Beroth and Odell Beroth, all of Pfafftown; grandchildren, Don, Paul, Brian, and Carl; great-grandchildren, Blake, Brooke, Carla, and Wesley.
