Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington, Visitation: 6t to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Arlington Funeral Home.

Mildred Parker was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Arlington. She taught first through eighth grades in Kentucky, Florida, and Kemp, Texas. She is preceded in death by sister, Thelma Parker Lewis, and brother, John "Knocky" Parker.
Survivors: Nieces, Rosemary Crites and husband, Tom, of Arlington, and Lynne Pope and husband, Bob, of Hermosa Beach, Calif.; nephew, Carl Parker Lewis and wife, Ann, of Winter Haven, Fla.; John Parker of Tampa, Fla.; Jimmy Parker of Tampa; and a host of great-nieces, nephews and friends.
