Alta E. (Boyer) Miller, 82, widow of James D. Miller, of East Greenville, died Sunday, April 4, 2004, in her home after an illness. She was a homemaker. Born in Spinnerstown, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Mabel (Dillinger) Boyer. She was a longtime member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church, and the Ladies Aid Society. She was a former member of East Greenville Fire Company.
Survivors: Daughter, Marianne Miller, with whom she resided; several nieces and nephews.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in the church, 833 Gravel Pike, Palm, with Rev. Todd Snyder, senior pastor of the church, officiating.
Interment, church cemetery. Call 1-2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the church. Arrangements, Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville.
