James Edward Gladden, age 70 of Robbinsville, passed away, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Asheville, NC. He was a native of Blount Co. TN, and the son of the late Jake and Clema Jenkins Gladden. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, John Gladden in July of 2013 and Norman Gladden. He is survived by his sisters, Connie Brown of Trenton, NC, Carol Cook of Kernersville, NC; and several nieces and nephews, and great and great-great Nieces and Nephews. Townson-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
