Carl Dean Cassidy, 76 Salem passed away
on Sunday January 4, 2015 at Barnes Hospital
in St. Louis, Missouri.

Carl was born on Monday, November 28, 1938
in Keauy, kentucky, the son of the late John
Cassidy and the late Flora (Karr) Cassidy. On
December 17, 1994 in Salem, he married Sarah Thompson, who survives in Salem.
He was employed by World Color Press as an
operator and book- binder.
Carl is survived by sons, Terry Cassidy and wife Jane of Winter Haven, Florida, Troy Cassidy and wife Erica, of Florida, Rodney Cassidy of Salem and Dustin Cassidy of. carlyle; stepsons, Charles Crain and wife Kayla of Salem, Scott Crain and wife Lacie
of Salem, Daniel Crain and wife Kadrea of
Kell and Jonathan Crain of Centralia;
daughters, Teresa Lerch and husband Jeff
of Fort Wayne, Indiana , Tracy Cassidy of
Kokomo. Indiana and Carla Shivel of kentucky
brothers, Foyster Cassidy and wife Vida and
Rondal Cassidy and wife Margaret all of
Kentucky and sisters, Pauline Black of
Kentucky and Pat Cox of indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents,
daughter, Tammy Cassidy; brothers Howard
and Raliegh Cassidy ; sister, Norma Aileen
Irvin; brother-in-law, Lyde Ted Irvin, Morris
Black and Hubert Cox; and step - grand
daughter Braxton Crain.
Arrangements were handled by J.W. Neal
Funeral Home in Kimmundy, where the family
received friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on
Sunday, January 11, 2015 . Funeral services
were held at Neal Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m.
on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery at
