The 1880 Missouri census shows A. Lucy; however everyone's first and middle names are REVERSED. Let's name her Lucy A; shes ONE MONTH OLD (enumerated 16 Jun 1880). Next census I can find is 1910 Jenny, Barren Co, Ky. Lucy A. She is only child remaining in home of Charles Perry and Mary Ann Middleton. Current Barren County Cemetery states the tombstone can't be located but previously identified as Lucy A. Monroe born 07 May,1880 and died 07 July 1911. We're OK so far; further transcription reads daughter of SP and MA MONROE. It is my opinion that this should read CP, not SP. their marriage dates and gestation period plus we know of the attempted Missouri settlement. I'm CP's favorite ggranddaughter. :)
