Corinne- Clyde Fred Walker passed away November 7, 2014 at his home in Corinne, Utah. He was born on April 26, 1944 in Brigham City, Box Elder, Utah to Frederick Walker and Lena Mills. He was the oldest son and second child in the family.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Corinne First Ward.

He served in the United States Army and served in Vietnam where he was injured twice and received two purple hearts.

He was especially proud of his son, Jacob Clyde Walker, and his three grandchildren, Mercedes Sue Walker, Wyatt Jacob Walker and Ethan Jacob Walker, who survive him. He enjoyed the time that he spent with them.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Walker and his mother, Lena Mills Walker. He is survived by a sister, LaRae (Willis) Lee of Clearfield, Utah, three brothers, Wayne (Linda) Walker of West Valley, Utah, Gary Walker of Brigham City, Utah, Blythe H. (Birgitt) Mills and many nieces and nephews.

He endured many years of surgeries, heart failures and poor health without complaint.

The family would like to thank the Home Health Care professionals and nurses and VA Doctors and staff at the VA who cared for him, for their help and kindness to him during his illness.

A viewing will be held Wednesday November 12th , from 9-11 A.M. prior to the funeral services.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the Corinne 1st ward. Interment will be in the Corinne Cemetery. Email condolences to www.gilliesfuneralchapel.com
