She was united in marriage to A.J. Martin April 1897. To this union was born a daughter who died in infancy.
She leaves to mourn her departure three sisters, Lurinda Vice of Fairfield, Iowa; Minnie Nichols of Lomax, IL; and Abbie Nichols of Schell City, MO; besides several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Her father, mother, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held July 12 at the Wyaconda Christian church and burial made in the Wyaconda, Cemetery.
