Mrs. Kay Tanner Allen, 65, of Meadow Drive, died, December 31, 2014, at a local hospital.
The family will greet friends from 11:00am - 12:00pm at Bridges Funeral Home in Gray, on Saturday, January 03, 2015. Graveside services will follow at 12:00pm at Cedar Ridge Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Bentley will officiate.
Mrs. Allen was born in Macon on June 05, 1949, and had lived in Jones County for the past 45 years. She was the daughter of the late Curtis Tanner and Rebecca Robertson Tanner and worked as a forklift operator for Pactiv for thirty-eight years.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her loving husband: Johnny Allen; daughters and sons-in-law: Debra and Adam Conner and Deanna and Kevin Terrell; and by two sisters, one brother, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
