Son of Elbert Joel Mustion and Susan Ann Cordell. He married his first wife on March 12, 1904 at Koshkonong, Missouri to Ethel May Williams. The family moved from West Plains, Missouri to Higgins, Texas then to Durham, Oklahoma in 1920. He married a 2nd time and then on December 20, 1950 he married his 3rd wife at Canadian, TX to Artie Bea Staats.Children are Harvey Wayne Mustion, Glen Arley Mustion, and Granville Elbert Mustion all children by his first wife. In February 1971 Harvey was living in/near Lexington, Oklahoma.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 7, 1977, for Harvey Thomas Mustion in the Durham Baptist Church with Rev. Sanford Cole, Canadian, Tex. officaiting.(sic)
He was born January 6, 1882 in West Plains, Missouri. On March 12, 1904, he married Ethel May Williams at Koshkonong, Missouri. In 1920 they moved to Durham to make their home. (sic?) She preceded him in death. He married Artie Staats December 16, 1950 at Canadian, Tex. and she preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Church of God. He lived at Durham until his retirement in 1967 when he moved to Oklahoma City to make his home.
Others preceded him in death were his parents and 1 son.
Survivors include 2 sons, Wayne Mustion, Cheyenne and Glen Mustion, Oklahoma City; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Earl Mustion Hocomo, Missouri; 2 sisters, Mrs. Agnes Dold, West Plains, Missouri and Mrs. Jessie Hanes, Portland Oregon.
Pallbearers were D. L. Chappell, Grant Godden, Lawrence Beckel, Fred Cordell, Russell Ellis and Jim Brown.
Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Durham.
