Richard "Rick" Bergman of Columbus died Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at his home.
Richard "Rick" Bergman was born December 23, 1948 in Columbus to Ernest Reece and Lorraine (Janda) Bergman. He grew up in Columbus where he attended Columbus Public Schools. Rick worked at Behlen Mfg. for several years in the shipping department. While in high school, Rick was very active in sports, playing baseball, basketball, and was a member of the 1964 state champion football team which was later inducted into the Columbus High School Hall of Fame. Rick loved Stock Car racing, fishing, playing pool and golf, and bowling.

Niece Jamie Peterson of Columbus
Half Brother Mike Bergman of Carter Lake, IA
