CARLISLE — Terry Eugene Bailey, 59, of Carlisle, passed away at 5:50 a.m. Friday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
He was born in Bedford, May 19, 1954, the son of Carl Bailey and Joan Norman Bailey.
Terry was a member, Chairman of the Board and Deacon of the Carlisle Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his father Carl Bailey.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Cullison Bailey; mother, Joan Bailey of Bedford; three sons, Jeff Souders (Rachel) of Sullivan, Jerry Souders (Ashley) of Carlisle, and Josh Souders (Brittany) of Carlisle; two daughters, Crystal Chaplin (Kevin) of Paoli, Shayna Davidson (Neale) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Bryant Bailey (Jennifer) of Jacksonville, Fla., and Robin Bailey (Laura) of Bedford; two sisters, Carla Bailey of Indianapolis and April Leatherbury (Hugh) of Bedford; nine grandchildren, Jennifer, Mina and Rachel Davidson, Dylan and Bailey Hoover, Weslie Busick, Kynnedi Hargis, and Gracyn and Jacob Souders; one great-grandchild Gracie Busick.
A visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. at the Bedford First Church of God, 3131 W. 16th St. Bedford.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Carlisle Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church with the Rev. Bill Sam Phegley officiating. Interment will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Carlisle.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Carlisle Christian Church.
Arrangements were entrusted to Banks and Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana.
