Edgar Dailey Ray, 73 of Harrodsburg passed away Friday, December 26, 2014. Born January 14, 1941, he was the son of the late Chester Dailey and Mildred Donithan McPherson. He was a US Army Vietnam veteran. He is survived by his wife, Opal Downs Ray; one daughter, Sally Linville of Paris; three stepsons: Timmy Jackson and Tony Rader of Paris and Donald Earl Cross of Junction City; two brothers: Destil Ray of Mt Sterling and David Ray of SC; two sisters: Jean Hatton of Lexington and Peggy Hatton of Stanton and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 am, Tuesday at W.L Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Darrell Hahn. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation is 6-9 pm, Monday.
