He was born July 18, 1928, in RFD Brownstown, IL, the son of Guy & Myrna Lucille (Powel) Forbis. Married Audrey Mae LaPlant September 17, 1950 in Piggott, AR, Audrey passed away January 13, 1996. Married Billyanna (Poe) Dugan September 2, 2008 in RFD Salem, IL. Bennie was a retired Repairman for Illinois Bell/AT & T, an Army, World War II Veteran. Member of Member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Rural Brownstown, IL and on the Midland Aging Board.
He is survived by: Wife - Billyanna, Vandalia, IL; Step-Brother- Bernard Diveley. Nieces and Nephews- Kay Devall & Edd, Dave, Dan, Tammy & Cindy; Several Great Nephews & Nieces; Step Children - Cliff Dugan & Carolyn, Jasper, IN, Cevin Dugan & Mary, Ashley , IL, Connie Lawson, Ashley , IL.
