Helen Glover, 93, of Canyon died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Covenant Fellowship Church in Amarillo with the Rev. Steve Gaines officiating and Tom Moore and Jerry Moore assisting. Graveside services will follow 3:30 p.m. in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery in Canadian. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Directors of Canyon.

Helen Durr Glover was born June 20, 1921, in a farm house north of Dodge City, Kan., to Clara and Lester Durr. She passed from her earthly home to a home of eternal peace on Dec. 23, 2014, at age 93.

She was preceded in death by a son, Bradley Moore; her parents; a brother, Dale Durr; a sister, LaVerne Rabourn; a great-grandson, Sammy Williams; and her husband, Junior Glover.

Survivors include a brother, Galen Durr of Dodge City; two sons, Jerry Moore and wife Sarah of Grapevine and Tom Moore and wife Glenda of Canyon; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews and their families.
