A. J. Hearne, 69, died Thursday, July 19, 2001, in Wichita Falls.
A.J. was born December 16, 1931, in Paris, Texas, to the late McKinley and Bessie Mae (Jones) Hearne.
On July 21, 1950, he married Jewel Pierce in Texarkana, Arkansas.
For over 31 years, Mr. Hearne was employed by Nations Bank as a building engineer.
He was preceded in death by his father McKinley Hearne.
SURVIVORS
Survivors include his wife Jewel; son Kenneth Ray Hearne, both of Wichita Falls; sister N.L. King of Paris, Texas; and four grandchildren.
SERVICES
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2001, in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Crestview with Reverend L.C. Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Crestview. Visitation will be held from 7-8 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2001, at Hampton Vaughan Crestview.
