Funeral services for Mr. Robert Lee Ivester, age 69, were held Thursday afternoon, Febuary 8, at three o'clock from the chapel of Moore's Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Danuser and Rev. David Swindall officiating. Burial was in West View Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucille Harrell Ivester of
Milledgeville; one son, Mr. Larry Ivester of Milledgeville;
three stepsons, Mr. Howard Sessions of Milledgeville, Dr. Rufus Sessions of Washington, D.C., and Mr. Ross Sessions of Barnesville, Ga.; one daughter, Miss Kathy Ivester of Milledgeville; two brothers, Mr. Ralph Ivester of Milledgeville, and Mr. E.L. Ivester of Bainbridge; five sisters, Mrs. E.J. Smith and Mrs. Nell Ulm, both of Milledgeville, Mrs. Anna Mae Jennings of Jacksonville, Fla.
Mrs. Blanche Keck of Sebering, Florida, and Mrs. Grace Williams of Atlanta; three grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Moore's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
