Published in The Paducah Sun, Paducah, McCracken Co., Ky., 19 Jun 2000 - Services for Myrtle Baker, 78, of Caldwell County will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Morgan's Funeral Home. The Revs. Don Herron and J.R. Bruce will officiate, with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

She died at 8:05 p.m. Saturday at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.

Mrs. Baker was a retired glass driller at Thomas Industries in Hopkinsville. She was a member of Beech Grove General Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Leroy Angel; a sister, Kara Farris; two stepgrandsons, Danny and Jason Gill; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Suppell Baker. Her parents were Hiram and Elizabeth Hanks Farris.
