Clinton L. Beaver, 89, of Murphy died Monday, December 22, 2014 in a Blairsville, Georgia care facility.
He was a native of Cherokee County. Clinton was a retired carpenter and was a member of the Moccasin Creek Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Herman and Sarah Sneed Beaver. He was also preceded in death by a son, Paul Beaver.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Pauline Dockery Beaver; a daughter, Gale Hughes and husband, Larry of Murphy; and three brothers, Harley Beaver and Wayne Beaver both of Murphy, and Robert Beaver of Hayesville.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wedneday, December 24, 2014 in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy with the Rev. Anthony Roberson officiating. The interment will be in Bellview United Methodist Cemetery.
