Mrs. Kemmer, hospitalized six days, had been making her home since last fall with her daughter, Mrs. Edwin Walter, 210 Mill St., Sheboygan Falls.
The former Norma Neumann, she was born at Colby (Clark county), April 25, 1881, a daughter of the late Frederick and Catherine Neumann. She was brought to the town of Herman when a young child and moved to Sheboygan with her family in 1888.
She attended Trinity Lutheran School and was confirmed in that church in 1895. Her marriage to Mr. Kemmer took place in Trinity Church, Aug. 13, 1904. Her husband died in October 1918. She was a member of Trinity Church.
Surviving are a son, Walter, Sheboygan; two daughters, Mrs. Walter (Mabel), Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Chester Dillion (Viola), Milwaukee; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A daughter preceded her in death.
Services will be at Ramm Funeral Home, with Rev. Karl Schultz, Trinity pastor emeritus, officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
