Faith M. Hreno, 60, of Brownsville, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at home. Born Feb. 7, 1954, in North Charleroi, she was a daughter of the late Cecil E. and Erma A. (Wilt) Boyd. Protestant by faith, Faith was a licensed practical nurse and retired from Jefferson Hills Manor. She had great love for her grandchildren, who called her "Nana". She is survived by her husband, John M. Hreno; son, Edward A. (Lauren) Vayansky Jr., of Bethel Park; daughter, Tara M. Hay, of North Fayette; three grandchildren, Kayla Hay, Ryan Hay and Margaret Faith Vayansky; brother, Cecil E. Boyd Jr., of Missouri; and two sisters, Janet (Larry) Wagner, of North Carolina, and Naomi Guth, of Erie. In addition to her parents, Faith was preceded in death by her brother, Martin Boyd. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, http://www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, with Lt. Joel Thwaite, of The Salvation Army officiating. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery.
