Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist Church, the Rev. J. Holland Thomas and Dr. J.A. Gann officiating.
Burial was in Lebanon Campground Cemetery, Owens in charge.
Surviving, are three daughters, Mrs. Ray, Mrs. Henry Ezzell and Mrs. Ernest Estes; one step-son, Jim Ivey; one step-daughter, Mrs. J.C. Lindsey, Sr.; one sister, Mrs. Anna Minton, all of Piedmont; and three brothers, J.T. Casey and P.C. Casey of Gadsden and W.V. Casey of Jacksonville.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Ray, Flavey Ivey, Adrian Ivey, J.C. Lindsey, Jr., James Lindsey and Gwen Little.
Mrs. Ivey had been a lifelong resident of the Piedmont area.
She had been in ill health for some time but her death was unexpected.
