RUTH, MRS. ATTIE E., 72, widow of the late Paris L. Ruth, died at a local hospital Saturday night after a long illness. Survivors: sons, Paris of Knoxville, Alvin W. of Bristol, Va.; three grandchildren; brothers, Lester and Pryor Acuff of Grainger County; sister, Miss Mary Acuff, Morristown. Services at 2 p.m. Monday at McCarty's McCalla Avenue Chapel. Interment Lynnhurst Cemetery. The body will remain at McCarty's, McCalla Avenue.
