"Coyner" was the son of John Wyatt and Elizabeth Raines of Randolph County, West Virginia. Coyner may be buried in a neglected (to say the least) cemetery in Caanan Valley in Tucker County, West Virginia. Apparently the graves are being farmed over.According to his son EC Wyatt, Coyner died during an epidmic of dysentery known as bloody flux at Akum Harpers boarding house in Courtland in the Cannan Valley about six miles from Davis West Virginia while working in the lumber woods there. He was buried by strangers in an unmarked grave and the news of his death didn't reach his family until two weeks later.
