OBITUARY OF FRANK V. BILLS

Frank Vance BILLS, 40, 248 Twenty-ninth, Ogden City employee, died Tuesday of a heart attack while at work.

For the past five years he had been employed by the Ogden City street department and was making his morning rounds when he became ill. Efforts of the Ogden city fire department to revive him with a resuscitator failed and he was pronounced dead by Dr. R. N. Hirst, city physician.

Prior to his employment by the city he worked with the Denver and Rio Grande Western railroad, Utah Canning Company, and Union stockyards.

He was a member of the L.D.S. Eleventh ward.

In December 1945, he married Madge FLOYD, who died in May 1946, in Tacoma, Washington.

Surviving are his father, John C. BILLS; his step-mother, Mrs. Lucille BILLS, Ogden; and the following brothers and sisters; Vern BILLS, Mrs. Walt BAKER, Nora MIDDLETON, Mrs. George TERKELSON, Ogden, a step-sister, Mrs. Susie REYNARD, Ogden.
