Inez I. Anderson, 92, of Allen Rd., Mount Vernon, died Oct. 16, 1999 at The Laurels of Mount Vernon. She was born Sept. 7, 1907, in Mount Vernon to George & Viola (Clark) Biggs. She was a member of the Martinsburg Church of Christ. She is survived by 2 sons, James (Bonnie) Anderson of Utica & Jack Anderson of Mount Vernon; 2 daughters, Juanita (Jim) Howiler of Howard & Janet (Charles) Martin of Florida; 7 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gail Anderson in 1983; a grandson, Jeff Anderson in 1986; 4 brothers, Luke, Clark, Clyde & James Biggs; & 2 sisters, Leah Diehl & Sue Sockman. Friends may call at the North-Dilley Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m., with Mr. Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will be in Mound View Cemetery.
