John DeWayne Braden, age 41, entered into rest November 17, 2014 at Tallahassee Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Tallahassee and was formerly employed with Ed Dion Construction. DeWayne was preceded in death by his father, James Roger Braden. Survivors include his mother, Kathryn Elkins, wife, Hellen Braden; two sons, John DeWayne Braden, Jr, Dalton Joel Braden; three daughters, Brittany Lynn Morris, Brandy Nicole Braden, Heather Kathleen Braden; three grandchildren, Conner Braden, Emma Morris, Charlie Fancher and one brother, Wiley Braden. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at New Light Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made toward expenses.
