Julia was born the fifteenth of July Nineteen Twenty Six in Sart-Eustache, Province of Namur, Belgium, daughter of Modeste Bruyere and Paula Tirleroux.
Her last residence in that country was in Koekelberg, a borough of Brussels where she married Fernand Francois Brillouet in Nineteen Forty Six and of that union came forth two children, Ruddy and Jacques.
The family then immigrated to the US in Nineteen Fifty Two And spent over Twenty years in Los Angeles before moving To Easton KS where Fernand died in Nineteen Eighty One.
She moved for a while to Missouri and then to Atchison where she lived by herself until she had to go to Assisted Living in Topeka.
She is survived by her son Jacques (Jack), Brother Franz Bruyere Sr, three nephews, Franz Bruyere Jr, Frank Blampain, Guy Wyame and one niece, Chantal Smith.
Four Grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a great-great Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ruddy Brillouet Sr. and two sisters, Lucienne World and Carmen Wyame.
She was buried in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Easton KS where she lay next to her husband.
Rest in Peace Julia, you deserve it.
