Frances “Peg” M. McBride, 97, of Ontario passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at her home. Peg was born on November 16, 1920 in Fredericktown, Ohio. She was the daughter of Emery and Inez (Schofield) Baile.
Peg retired from Hartman Electric and she lived in this area most of her life. She married the love of her life, C. Robert McBride on June 25, 1945 and shared over 50 years together.
Peg leaves behind two step sons, Robert McBride of Arizona and Ronald (Mary) McBride of North Carolina; five step grandchildren; and numerous step great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, C. Robert McBride; step son, Richard McBride; and two brothers, Ralph and Kenneth Baile.
Family and friends may visit from 10:00-11:00 am on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road. Graveside service will follow at 11:00 am at Mansfield Memorial Park.
