Mrs. Ora Buckhalter died Saturday. She was 80 years old.
Funeral services were held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Marek Burns Funeral Home.
The Rev. Bill Hawthorne of The First Methodist Church in Calvert officiated and burial was in the String Prairie Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, George Buckhalter, Centerville and Tom Buckhalter of Tyler; 2 daughters, Mrs. Orma Lamberth, Pasadena and Mrs. Lucy Starkey; Hearne; 3 sisters, Mrs. Della Wiese, Mrs. Alcie Cox, Crossroads and Mrs. Fannie Buckhalter, Bryan; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
