Larry E. Strange
70, passed away Tuesday Dec. 2, 2014 at the U.K. Medical Center. A native of Clark County, he was the son of the late Jesse B. and Margaret Snapp Strange. Mr. Strange was a retired Bluegrass Army Depot employee, a U.S. Navy veteran and a Baptist.
Survivors include 2 brothers, Donald Wayne Strange of FL and Jackie T. Strange of Winchester; a sister, Janice Sue Derickson of Stanton; 5 nephews, Charles K. Spurgeon, James Spurgeon, Chris Strange, Colby Strange and David Strange; 4 nieces, Karen Spurgeon, Angie Spurgeon, Ladonna Riggs and Darla Riggs.
Services will be held at 1:00pm Friday Dec. 5 at Scobee Funeral Home by Rev. Donald Strange. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris and Colby Strange, Charles and Jamie Spurgeon, Bill and Andy Strange and Steve Bowen.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday.
