She was born August 22, 1936 in Turkey, NC in Sampson County. She was the daughter of Samuel Robert “Bob” Peele and Grace Parker Peele.
She was a strong self-sufficient woman with a huge loving heart, a sweet soul and a precious love for God.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne M. Adcox. She is survived by her son William Anton Hoehlein and daughter Sharon Adcox Rue. A Celebration of Life Services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Johnson Funerals and Cremations at 661 English Road, Rocky Mount, NC. There will be a gathering of family and friends immediately following the services.
