Lonnie Ray Lee passed away peacefully in his home on November 26th 2014. He was born on October 19th , 1947 in Winchester TN. He was preceded by beloved wife Louise Russo Lee, parents Girlie D. and Bobby Welch Lee, two brothers Donald and John Lee, sister, Jackie Louise Lee, and grand daughter Netanya M. Acosta.Lonnie joined the navy in 1965 and served his country proudly until 1985. He worked for an array of places which included running Bridle Sweet Farms, GPS Technologies, and Foxwoods Resort and Casino. Lonnie touched peoples hearts wherever he went and was known for his big voice and even bigger heart. Lonnie enjoyed watching his wife and daughters ride in horse shows and his son play basketball through out the east coast. He then loved to see his grandchildren compete and excel in school and in sports ranging from cheerleading to baseball. He supported his children and grandchildren in every way until the day he died. He was survived by two daughters, one son-in-law, one son, seven grandchildren, one sister-in-law, Lynda and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday December 7th at Tullahoma Funeral home. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery with military honors.
