WALDEN-William Walden, 68, died in his home in Selah early Sunday of pneumonia. He had been in poor health for more than a year and recently contracted pneumonia.

The family includes the widow, Mrs. Rosie B. Walden; four sons, Charles of Buhl, Ida., Everett of Port Orchard, James of Plymouth, Kas., and Cecil of Yakima; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Snodgrass of Hoquiam, Mrs. Lucy Ponce of Columbia, Cal., Mrs. Grace Knotter of California. He had lived in the valley 5 ½ years. Chapman & Poulin has charge of arrangements.
