Bruce Welby Miller, 62, of Clinton, formerly of Farmer City, passed away at 8:38 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, surrounded by his family at his residence.

Bruce was born Nov. 29, 1951 in Bloomington, a son of Harrold N. and Evelyn M. Amdor Miller. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn M. Miller.

He is survived by a daughter, Kayla Miller; two grandchildren; his father; two brothers, Austin F. (Susan) Miller and Walter E. Miller; two nephews, Phillip (Tara) Miller and Wyatt Miller; a niece, Laura Miller and the love of his life, Penny Peavler.

Bruce was a 1970 graduate of Moore Township High School in Farmer City. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Bruce worked 27 years for Revere Copper & Brass in Clinton and later worked with his brother Austin in the construction business.
