Frances "Fran" Arnold Mizell of 414 Brick Kiln Road in Washington died on Saturday November 25, 2006 at her home.
Born in Churchtown, Ohio, she was the oldest daughter of the late Paul Anthony and Josephine Dobbins Arnold of Lowell, Ohio. Frances is survived by her three daughters; Paula Mizell Bright and her husband Virgil of Bath, NC, Lori Mizell Chrismon and her husband Lieutenant William Chrismon of Washington, NC, Erin Rae Mizell and her cat Lurch of the home in Washington, NC; one step-son; Charles Dewayne Mizell of Newport, NC; two sisters; Eva Eleftheriou and her husband Michael of Chicago IL, Pearl Smith and her husband Joseph of Eva, TN; three brothers; Jacob Paul Arnold of Marietta, OH, Roger Max Arnold of Marietta, OH, Wayne Allen Arnold of Eva, TN; two grandchildren; Private Anthony Daniel Burton, USMC and Mackenzie Alayna Chrismon of Washington, NC.
Mrs. Mizell was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Daniel Mizell Jr.
The family will receive friends from 7:00PM to 8:30PM on Sunday, November 26 , 2006 at Paul Funeral Home in Washington.
Funeral services will be held 10:00AM on Monday, November 27, 2006 at the First Church of Christ 10th Street in Washington, officiated by Ray West of First Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Mizell requested that memorial contributions be made to the First Church of Christ Building Fund.
