Allen Pitre, age 64 of Hempstead, native of Houma Louisiana, passed away on November 22, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eustice and Rose Pitre, brother, Kenneth Pitre and sister-in-law Diane Pitre;
and is survived by sons, Allen Matthew "Matt" Pitre and wife Ashley, Benjamin Eustice Pitre and wife Trisha; brothers, E.J. Pitre, Ricky Pitre and wife Gwen, Steve Pitre and wife Pam, Glynn Paul Pitre and wife Angie; sisters, Eurma Landry and husband Russell, Dot Howard and husband Arthur, Joyce Carson and husband Kerry, Barbara Arceaneaux and husband Kenneth, Rose Mary Pitre, Lisa Foret and husband David; grandchildren, Chase, Riley, Makenzie, Sydney, Allen Michael Pitre and the mother of his children, Nell Guidry as well as many other relatives and dear friends..
Visitation will be at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 800 FM 1488, Hempstead, TX 77484 Friday, November 28, 2014 from 10am to 1pm followed by Funeral with Fr. David Harris officiating.
A Visitation will be Monday, December 1, 2014 at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma LA from 9am to 11am followed by a Funeral Service at 11am. Entombment will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 (Bayou Cane) in Houma, LA immediately following.
