My brother ,Robert Edward Morency, known as Bobby or Froggy was born to Alfred and Ida Morency on September 7, 1931 in Philadelphia, Pa. He is the brother of Alfred, John, Thomas and Diane. As a small child along with his family he moved to Verga, NJ and then to National Park, NJ. He was a humorous person and loved to make sandwiches out of anything. He graduated from Woodbury High School in Woodbury NJ and then he join and served in the US Army during the Korean War, after which he worked at Duponts in Delaware. He married Doris Beumler in 1955. They had a son Robert Jr and they lived in Paulsboro, NJ, He had two grandchildren Samantha and Carson. He later moved to Flordia were he love to fish. He love the Chicago Cubs. He passed away from throat cancer due to asbestos due from his job. He was 72 when he passed away in Flordia. He was a great brother and use to take me in the coach to the baseball field to watch him play baseball with his friends. He is missed by his family and friends. His ashes were scattered at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Illinois. Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa and at the Red Bank Battlefield in National Park, NJ.
