Mary Elva Breidenbach, 79, of Deckerville, widow of Ray Breidenbach, died Saturday in Deckerville Community hospital after a long illness.
She was born June 12, 1892, the daughter of the late James and Agnes Goodwin. Mary was married to Ray Breidenbach at Mills, Michigan December, 21, 1917. He passed away May 17, 1965.
Surviving are one son, Emerson Breidenbach, Deckerville; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Twiss, Deckerville; one sister, Mrs. Addie Chittick, Deckerville and seven grandchildren. One brother and sister preceded her in death.
Mrs. Breidenbach taught school a number of years and
attended the East Marion Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Camran Srock Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Von Oeyern of St. Clair officiating. Burial was in Forester township cemetery.
