She was the widow of Ray Zoucks. She was born in Statesboro and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was a retired Chatham County Health Department clerk and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.
SURVIVORS: two daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Charles Thompson of Tybee Island and Pat and C.J. Ownbey of Ingram, Texas; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Friday at Sipple Mortuary, burial in Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery. -Savannah Now, April 1999
