She married Abraham K "Abe" Steele, my 4th great granddad, on November 1, 1820, in Rutherford County, North Carolina. They had two children:*John Wesley, my 3rd great granddad, and James Barton Steele. She died as a young mother on June 9, 1839, in Rutherford County, North Carolina, at the age of 32. She was buried in the Fulmore Cemetery in Robeson County, North Carolina. She was my 4th great grandmother by Cheryl Walters Parr.
