Early Life: Gordon was born November 14, 1955, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Dale Jay and Norma Ruth Chapple Anderson. He graduated from Orem High School in 1974.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On August 11, 1976, Gordon married Natalie Mann in Pleasant Grove, Utah; they are the parents of two children. His greatest love was his family. A handyman by nature, Gordon loved to build things from wood and also appreciated target shooting and guns. He enjoyed people and loved to barbeque to feed family and friends. Gordon was employed by Geneva Steel for a brief period and then opened his own business, AA Pawn in Provo. Gordon served as a City Councilman in Mona and will be greatly missed by many friends and family. Gordon Blake Anderson, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014, in Nephi, Utah, due to a stroke.
